“I began my musical journey in 1998, singing for various metal/rock acts around Vancouver. In 2005, I embarked on a lengthy touring career with Canada’s Metal icons Into Eternity. I am currently the vocalist for Iced Earth (or else you wouldn’t be reading my biography here).
“What I’m known for – in addition to my passion for Horror movies – is my versatility and range with various vocal styles. I call what I do being a ‘hybrid vocalist,’ which means I utilize vocal styles from many genres of Metal, from Death to Thrash to soaring Power Metal. I have a talent for easily and smoothly transitioning between each style. I’m also known for my very high and strong falsetto range – which certainly comes in handy when singing the type of music I love. And I mean that literally. I love what I do. When I sing, I sing with heart.
“With Into Eternity, I played on two albums – ‘The Scattering of Ashes’ and ‘The Incurable Tragedy.’ My first album with Iced Earth is ‘Dystopia.’ All have been on the Century Media label.
“I can’t wait to see you out on the road with Iced Earth!”
